Then the Keyport Public Library needs you for its Friends of the Library Group! Meetings are held the Third Tuesday of every month in the Adults’ Section at 7 PM, unless otherwise indicated. Third Annual Scarecrow Contest
2017 marks the third anniversary of this popular event during the Halloween/harvest season that brings out the creativity in the entire Keyport community to see who can decorate the winning scarecrow in a number of categories. Competition is steep, but so is the fun! Congratulations to our 2017 winners!

Annual Used Book Drive and Sale
Thank you to all who helped make our 2017 Book Drive and Sale another great success!

Annual Ornament Sale
Our annual holiday ornaments are always a popular gift for the library enthusiast in your life. This year, we will feature the design of the winner of our Art Contest! Date TBA during the holiday season.

Don’t have time to volunteer but would like to help? For just $10, you can buy a custom designed Friends of the Library tote! They make great gifts and can be filled with books, gardening gear, etc!






Dog gone school cover Or for just $15, pick up a signed copy of “Dog-Gone School” by acclaimed photographer and author duo, Ron and Amy Schmidt of Loose Leashes. Filled with clever dog portraits and poems,  it’s a fantastic book for young and old alike. Former Keyport residents, the Schmidts have very generously donated ALL proceeds of book sales to the Keyport Public Library!
